Starting out as a thin kid, I never had to worry about diet and exercise. Even after two kids I was able to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. So what happened? Life, I guess. When I reached my late 30’s – 40’s the pounds started creeping on and before I knew it I was 40 pounds overweight!
It’s hard to lose weight. I hate to exercise, I love sweets. Not a good combination for weight loss success. But I was able to drop 40 pounds.
