If you can fit it in  it’s believed that it’s most beneficial to do you cardio exercise in the morning however you will still benefit no matter when you exercise.  It is believed that if you eat right before you workout you have to burn off what you just ate before you start burning stored fat.

By working out first thing in the morning you get an added boost from your metabolism staying elevated for a while after the workout, you feel better during the day and it might help keep your appetitie in check throughout the day.
