I have personally used this product so in this Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle Review I would like to give you my first hand prospective. The purpose of this downloadable ebook is to teach you how to lose fat permanently and naturally.
This program is not for the faint of heart! You get over 300 pages of detailed teachings. This is by far the most complete fat loss program I’ve ever seen and, in fact, is considered by many to be the “Fat Loss Bible.”
Unlike most “diets” the BFFM plan starts out with a key feature that is vital to any weight loss success — setting goals. Most of us start out on a diet dreading every minute of it and looking forward to the time when we can be off the diet, right? So is it any wonder most of us fail miserably?
With this plan Tom Venuto, the author, walks you through getting the right mindset to succeed and shows you, specifically, how to set your goals, both short term and long term. Many people might be inclined to skip over this part and get right into the “diet” but don’t take this part lightly. I feel confident in saying that this was one of the key elements to my success with this program.

And, best of all, how you can lose weight and still EAT!
Now I will admit that some of this reading gets a little dry. There’s a lot of explanation of about body composition, body types, calories, the proper balance of proteins, carbs and fats. You’re likely to find yourself nodding off at times! But if you take your time to get through all the material you’ll have a better understanding of how and why this program works. And in all honesty you don’t have to understand everything to follow this plan!
One of the chapters I found to be the most revealing was “Secrets of Meal Frequency & Timing: How To Turbo-Charge Your Metabolism and Turn Your Body Into a Fat Burning Machine!” You don’t just get suggestions — you get specifics. Times to eat, portions you should eat — nothing is left to guess work.
You’ll find chapters that explain everything you need to know about the individual components of your diet — protein, carbs and good fats vs. bad fats.
Tom explains the consequences of low carb vs. high carb diets and how to tweak the low carb craze to lose weight effectively without sacrificing you health.
And yes, there is a detailed Eating Plan. You’ll find out the “Dirty Dozen” foods you should never eat and the “Terrific Twelve” that will make up the foundation of your eating plan. You’ll be able to create your meals based on your likes from specific lists — there’s nothing left to guesswork. You even learn how to make wise choices at restaurants.
And of course (I’m sure you don’t want to hear this!) no self-respecting fat loss program would be complete without a plan to get you moving. Yes, this program promotes both cardio and weight training workouts. You get detailed training on what works best, when are the best times to exercise, should you go slow or fast. Again, there’s nothing left to guesswork. It’s all completely spelled out in Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle.
The appendix adds quick reference guides, sample menu plans and a progress chart.
This is no quick-fix program. Do not expect to lose 10 lbs. in 10 days or some such thing. You should expect a slow, healthy loss of about 1-2 pounds per week but keep in mind — you’re learning how to keep it off permanently — not gain it all back and more like what happens with most quick fixes!
I have lost 30 pounds following this plan in 3 months and have kept it off for over a year now.
So what’s my final take? This is without a doubt the most complete plan I’ve ever seen. It is a program to be studied. It allows you to personalize the plan since, after all, no two of us have the same goals or the same body makeup.
It’s a no frills ebook you can download and study (beware though, it’s a sizable volume!) And for $39 I don’t think you’ll find anything that comes close to what this program offers. If you’re tired of spending and spending and spending on programs you can’t follow, pills that don’t work and contraptions that end up being dust catchers you definitely should take a look at this!
